Tool inputs
Calculators and generators on this site run in the browser. Typed costs, prices, and codes stay in browser memory until you leave or refresh. A save button stores a copy in that browser; downloads create a file on your device. This site does not send those entries to an analytics or advertising vendor. There is no account and no cloud project store.
The margin calculator stores up to three named comparisons after you press Save comparison. Deleting one named comparison removes that entry. Delete saved comparisons removes the rest. The save is local storage on the margin site, key hmc.margin.scenarios.v1. It stays on that device until you delete it or the browser removes it. This site does not encrypt it. Anyone who can open that browser profile can read it.
eBay, Depop, and Etsy each have Save on this browser, Restore saved entries, and Clear saved entries. Save writes that tool's form entries and target profit. The keys are hmc.ebay.estimate.v1, hmc.depop.estimate.v1, and hmc.etsy.estimate.v1. Restore puts the entries back into the form so you can calculate again. Clear removes that tool's saved entries. Each save stays in local storage on that tool's site. The entries are not uploaded and not encrypted. A shared computer can still show them.
CSV and print files from the fee and margin tools are created on the device from the figures you calculated. They do not include an ad.
Classroom and wedding pages, and the seating guides, are on the directory site. They have no name fields and do not include the seating editor. Opening the editor does not send a class list, a guest list, or a project with the link. Names are typed on the seating editor, a separate site. That site has no account and no cloud copy. It does not load third-party advertising or analytics, and it does not send the roster to a server.
Names you type on the editor stay in that page until you leave or refresh, unless you save or download them. Save in this browser writes one version 1 project to local storage on the seating site, key helpmecalculator.seating.v1. The saved project contains names, private ids, groups, the layout, the rules, the seed, and the assignment. The editor does not write that entry while you type, and opening the page does not load it. Load saved copy reads the saved project and replaces the one on the page. Undo can bring the previous project back while you are still on the page. Delete saved copy removes only that saved entry. The project still open on the page stays, and so do files you already downloaded.
The saved seating project is not encrypted. Anyone who can open that browser profile can read it. It remains after a reload until you delete it, clear that site's stored data, or the browser removes it.
If the browser blocks storage, has no room left, or the saved copy cannot be read, the editor tells you and leaves the open roster unchanged. You can still download a file.
Choosing a roster CSV or a project JSON file reads it on the device. The file is not uploaded. The organizer CSV contains private ids, names, groups, and assignments. A cell that a spreadsheet would run as a formula is prefixed so the spreadsheet keeps it as text. The project JSON file keeps the workspace, including the rules and the seed.
Public PDF, PNG, and print show the names you entered, with seat positions or table labels. They omit private ids, rules, and the seed, and they do not include an ad. When two people share a name, the public chart adds a number in parentheses. That number is not the private id. Omitting the private fields leaves the names visible, so share the file only with people who should see them. The PNG keeps characters outside the basic Latin set. On the PDF, a character outside basic Latin letters, digits, and common symbols becomes a question mark, and the page tells you. This site has not tested every font or a paper printout.
Hosting and services
No advertising script, analytics script, consent manager, marketplace API, or shop login is loaded by these pages. Empty boxes labeled for future advertising space are layout reserves, not served ads. Cloudflare Pages serves the static site. Calculator inputs, saved entries, imported files, and rosters are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to Cloudflare or WishWell LLC by the tools.
Cloudflare processes request metadata to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses and traffic information. Requests can include the page URL and browser headers. Its network operates internationally. We have not confirmed a single retention period for all hosting metadata and do not promise one here. Support email is handled through Gmail; we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you send. Do not send class lists or unnecessary personal files.
We do not use session replay, accounts, or payment services. We use hosting metadata to deliver and protect the site and support messages to answer requests. Privacy rights depend on where you live. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, or to raise a concern. We do not have server copies of browser-only tool inputs.
Requests
Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request" and the site or tool you mean. This site does not hold server copies of calculator inputs or seating projects, so it cannot return a browser-only copy that was never sent. You can delete one margin comparison or use Delete saved comparisons, use Clear saved entries on eBay, Depop, or Etsy, or use Delete saved copy on the seating editor. Clearing that site's stored data in the browser removes the copy as well.
The tools are written for adult organizers and sellers. There are no child accounts. The classroom and wedding pages on this site do not ask for names. The seating editor does accept names. Local processing is not a claim that a school privacy law has been satisfied.
