These terms cover the calculators, generators, guides, and notices on this site. These terms do not set a court venue or require arbitration.
The tools
The tools are free to use on this site. There is no account, subscription, or cloud storage. Core results and exports do not require an ad click or a purchase. Pages may show empty advertising reserves. No ad or affiliate vendor is connected, so no commission is being earned from this site.
You are responsible for the values you enter and for checking that the region, date, and category match your account. Do not use the site to infringe someone else's rights, to misuse personal information, or to present WishWell LLC as endorsed by eBay, Etsy, Depop, or GS1. Those names identify the schedules and label formats the tools discuss.
Estimates and outputs
Fee and profit figures are estimates from the amounts and rules the screen states. They are not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. A marketplace bill can differ because of category, promotions, credits, refunds, or rounding. Barcode output draws an identifier you supply. WishWell LLC does not issue or license that identifier, and a valid check digit does not assign or register it. Seating layouts are planning aids, not a safety, capacity-code, or accessibility determination. A public seating chart shows the names and places you entered and omits private ids, rules, and the seed.
You keep the information you enter. Using the browser tool does not transfer a roster or a product list to WishWell LLC. You may use an output you have the rights to use. WishWell LLC keeps its own text and software, except where a third-party license says otherwise.
Limits
The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, WishWell LLC is not promising uninterrupted operation or error-free output, and it is not taking on indirect losses from use of the site. Nothing here removes a right or a liability that the law does not allow to be removed.
